How to convert hyper-linked text (such as a Table of Contents) to regular text.

Normally, hyper-linked text is very useful, but at times it can make life somewhat complicated, for example when using a CAT tool. The CAT tools ignore hyper-linked text, and if, for example, all you need to translate is a table of contents, the hyperlinks MUST go.

How to do that? Press CTRL + Shift + F9 (together) and the hyperlinks will disappear, leaving just the regular text. Sometimes it is necessary to press the sequence twice.

That’s it.
